NY NEW LEBANON — ZRC committee advances comprehensive plan with survey findings and community strategy. The Zoning and Comprehensive Plan Committee compiled nearly 200 resident survey responses, with residents citing rural character and natural beauty as most valued and affordable housing and basic amenities as development priorities. The committee will publish raw survey data before releasing the full Comprehensive Plan Update, with compilation expected to take about one month.
