NY NEW LEBANON — Water protection plan survey marks 41 responses toward April 2019 completion. Steven Winkley of the New York Rural Water Association presented the progress update to the Conservation Advisory Council, which also discussed recent Planning Board approval of a Consolidated Document expansion proposal and status of a proposed home occupation application under review. The council submitted its 2019 budget at 2018 funding levels and planned a Natural Resource Conservation Plan celebration for September 22.
