NY NEW LEBANON — Town Board enacts revised sign regulations with 2018 amortization deadline. The board approved Local Law No. 3, 2016, amending sign provisions in Chapters 162 and 205 of the town code. Legal nonconforming signs must comply by November 1, 2018, with provisions for hardship extensions on proof of burden.
The board unanimously approved county auction of a 1999 International truck and accepted a $99,495 purchase bid for a 2016 highway replacement on a 3-2 vote, with Councilmembers Mark Baumli and Chuck Geraldi opposed.
