NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Board completes year-end audit of four town departments. The Town Board approved audits of four departments at the January 19 meeting held by Supervisor Colleen Teal, finding the books of the Planning and Building Department, Town Clerk, Justice Court, and Tax Collector all in order. The audit of former Supervisor Michael Benson's books as Chief Fiscal Officer was deferred after he did not appear; a certified public accountant will prepare that report.
Councilmembers Mark Baumli, Dan Evans, and Kevin Smith Sr. were present; Chuck Geraldi was absent.
