The board voted 3-0, with one abstention, to accept the bid for a CASE 580SN WT loader with a trade-in of the existing equipment. Highway Superintendent Jeff Winestock recommended the CASE model over competing bids from Liftech and John Deere, citing weight and battery configuration specifications.
