NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Town Board awards $66,720 pavilion bathroom contract after three failed bids. The board voted unanimously to approve the Banker Enterprise contract and voted 5-0 to move $16,720 from the surplus to cover costs beyond the $50,000 budget. Councilmember Kevin Smith Sr. said the work was long overdue, with Town Engineer Paul McCreary having reviewed and approved the bid price.
The project must be completed by October 31, 2019.
