NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Town Board greenlights pavilion sidewalk bids and fuel tank relocation. Supervisor Colleen Teal and Councilmembers Kevin Smith Sr., Mark Baumli, and Jesse Newton unanimously approved bidding for the Weisbuch Pavilion sidewalk and apron replacement at Shatford Park, with bids due September 21 and a bid-review meeting set for September 25. The board also voted to direct Town Engineer Paul McCreary to prepare specifications for relocating the highway fuel tank, which is required by code but which Teal said does not address a documented hazard and could create public safety complications.
