NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Town Board approves redesign of $1.778 million Walkable Downtown project. The board voted 4-1 to authorize Creighton Manning to change the project from stone dust to concrete sidewalks after state Department of Transportation requirements changed. The board accepted four insurance reimbursements totaling $917,400 for highway garage fire damage to vehicles and equipment and declared a 2018 International dump truck surplus for sale.

Supervisor Tistrya Houghtling and the board adopted Resolution 14 urging the Public Service Commission to review NYSEG electric rate increases affecting rural residents, expanded the Outreach & Marketing Committee to eight members, and scheduled a public hearing for April 14 on adopting the New York State Energy Code.
