NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Town Board approves Cornerstone Mobile Home Park permit, adopts hazard plan. All five members voted unanimously to approve the permit for six residential units after Supervisor Colleen Teal determined it does not constitute an expansion under town law. The board also unanimously adopted the Columbia County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan, required every five years for federal disaster relief eligibility, correcting a procedural error from the plan's prior adoption.
The board approved budget amendments totaling $1,550 from contingency to fund the Assessor's revaluation work, including $900 for postage and $650 for 60 additional clerk hours through year-end.
