NY NEW LEBANON — Town Board approves Banker Enterprise contract for fuel tank slab relocation. The board unanimously voted to accept a $7,500 bid from Banker Enterprise for a cement slab to move the highway garage fuel tank outdoors, rejecting a competing $8,500 bid from McCagg Construction. Supervisor Colleen Teal and Councilmembers Kevin Smith Sr., Jesse Newton, Mark Baumli, and Norman Rasmussen all voted in favor.
The special meeting lasted one minute, convened at 4:32 p.m. solely to address the contract approval.
