NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon approves $61,000 basketball court replacement at Shatford Park. The Town Board voted unanimously to award the contract to L. Browe Asphalt Services, Inc., with Town Engineer Paul McCreary confirming the bid was submitted properly and the contractor has relevant experience.
The board also voted unanimously on three major policy adoptions: amendments to the Procurement Policy, adoption of a Credit Card Use Policy, and approval of cell phone reimbursement rates at $20 monthly for the Supervisor, Highway Superintendent, full-time highway staff, CEO, Deputy CEO, and Animal Control Officer.
