NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Town Board approves code amendments and schedules basketball court project. The board agreed to modifications including requiring class 3 standards for telecommunications facilities to ensure emergency access for residents without landlines, authorizing the Town Clerk to issue park pavilion rental and alcohol-consumption permits, and repealing chapter 196 parking regulations. Highway Superintendent Jeff Winestock will complete prep work by May 24, with contractor L.
