NY NEW LEBANON — Supervisor Colleen Teal announces resignation from New Lebanon Town Board effective August 9, 2019, to become Chief Financial Officer for the Town of Colonial Beach, Virginia. Teal, who will start her new position on August 12, said she will remain available for calls and emails through her departure date. Deputy Town Supervisor Doug Banker will assume her duties unless the board appoints a successor with voting rights and a county board seat by August 9, which Councilmember Jesse Newton said the board should do.

The board also unanimously voted to authorize $1,500 for the Town Engineer to digitize and redraft the zoning map, replacing a static PDF with a database-based system allowing zone modifications by individual parcel.
