NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Shaker Preservation Committee advances demolition standards as standalone town law. The committee voted 5-1 with one abstention to release the demolition standards separately from the larger Shaker Preservation Proposal, directed by Chair Winfried Fuchshofen. The committee also approved an art gallery use and one new event venue per zoning zone while removing laundromats and year-round camping from the proposal.
Fuchshofen was tasked with reviewing tenting regulations with the town's planning office.
