NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Recreation Commission plans spring volunteer work days to support Trees for Tribs erosion control. The commission scheduled volunteer activities at Shatford Park on March 28 at 10:30 a.m. and skate park work days March 27-28 to address the 7 feet of erosion the project has experienced. Commission member Susan Tipograph volunteered for community center painting.
The commission agreed to focus on maintenance volunteering pending legal review of the recreation commission's authority to hold events.
