NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Recreation Commission plans pollinator garden and identifies maintenance priorities. The commission meeting heard that bathroom painting at the community center is nearing completion, with tennis court bathrooms awaiting paint work. Members identified multiple deferred maintenance items including a fence hole with sharp edges, pavilion signage and paint repairs, horseshoe pit removal or relocation, and skatepark chain link fencing.
Pat Mittnight-Metzler donated hanging flowers for the pavilion, approved unanimously, and a donated tree will be placed near the pavilion. The pollinator garden project will proceed with seeds from Patterson and Mittnight-Metzler; work will begin at the May 19, 2026 meeting if weather permits.
