NY NEW LEBANON — Recreation Commission convenes for first time to chart Shatford Park improvements. Six members, including Danielle Patterson, Stuart Raab, Pat Mittnight-Metzler, Emily Almonti, Scout Metzler, and Susan Tipograph, established monthly meetings on the third Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. and identified multiple park projects including potential holiday lighting, native plant gardens, Skatepark completion, and softball field fencing. The Commission raised questions about Skatepark viability and expressed interest in co-sponsoring events with the Events Committee and coordinating with Parks staff.
A permanent Chair will be elected at a future meeting.
