NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Planning Board holds special permit hearing, advances no decision. Chairperson Elizabeth Brutsch and five members unanimously opened and closed the public hearing for Case PB-2025-017, a special permit request from applicant Lukas Coons for a commercial trade operation at 660 State Route 20. The votes to open and close each passed 6 to 0, with Planning Board Member Steve Muse absent.
