NY NEW LEBANON — Planning Board holds public hearing for JoJo's Dream commercial trade operation. The May 20 public hearing drew no comments from residents on the special permit application for 660 State Route 20. Applicant Lukas Coons presented the case for property owner JoJo's Dream LLC.
Planning Board Chair Elizabeth Brutsch and six voting members unanimously voted to open and close the hearing in Case No. PB-2025-017, though the unapproved minutes do not record a final decision on the application.
