NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Planning Board approves conditional site plan for Route 20 health center. The Planning Board voted 5-0 to conditionally approve an amended site plan for a Lebanon Health Center at 528 State Route 20, the former Fisher Store, pending parking agreements with abutting neighbors. CEO Cissy Hernandez flagged occupancy-related parking as a major concern.
In related action, the board unanimously waived a required public hearing and approved NAPA's relocation to the former Stewarts location, finding the move would reduce traffic impact compared to the previous commercial use.
