NY NEW LEBANON — Planning Board schedules preliminary hearing on Midtown Mall auto detailing. The board unanimously approved moving Case PB-2019-008 forward, involving a limited auto detailing facility by Alan Becker at Midtown Mall to store and detail up to 17 classic vehicles with no mechanical repairs on premises. Town Engineer Paul McCreary noted that ventilation and fire suppression systems must be detailed on site plans before the July 19 public hearing.
