NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Planning Board approves lot line adjustment for Marchese Ford property. Chairman Michael Blatt and Board Members Elizabeth Brutsch, Tegan Joy Cook, Jim Carroll, and Bob Smith voted unanimously to waive the required public hearing and approve the adjustment involving properties 20.1-1-43 and 20.1-1-44.1. Professional Land Surveyor Frederick J.
Haley represented Joseph Marchese, whose property will receive a land transfer from another owner. Town Engineer Paul McCreary confirmed existing well and septic systems will remain unchanged. The board found no environmental impact requiring further review.
