NY NEW LEBANON — Planning Board approves storage facility site plan with landscaping requirements. The New Lebanon Planning Board voted 6-0 to approve Jo Jo's Dream Self Storage development at property 19.2-1-88.1, contingent on installation of hardy vegetation including Blue Spruce, solar lighting on existing units, and strict maintenance standards. Board member Elizabeth Brutsch stressed the site's prominence and the importance of year-round upkeep and debris-free conditions.
