NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Town Board authorizes John Deere tractor purchase with $50,000 bond financing. The board voted to acquire a utility tractor with boom and mower for $125,078.56 from Deere & Company through New York State Contract PC67140. Councilmember Smith moved to finance the $50,000 portion through Bank of Greene County at 2.5 percent interest over three years with annual payments of $17,917 in 2019, $17,500 in 2020, and $17,083 in 2021.
Highway Superintendent Jeff Winestock requested the equipment for highway department purposes.
