NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Town Board approves October Halloween event and business district banner. The board approved a nine-night Halloween event in October at 860 State Route 20, contingent on fire safety inspection by Pete Lattanzio and building department review by CEO/ZEO Cissy Hernandez; applicant Steve Clark agreed to provide fire extinguishers, portable toilets, and a plot plan. The board also approved mobile home park license renewals for Adams Crossing, Shaker Meadows, Sherman's Mobile Home Park, and Ski Lodge (four of six pending).
A banner sign from Berkshire Thrift was approved in concept to cover an old sign structure at 435 State Route 20, with wording to be finalized by October 8.
