Conservation Council Takes Over Wastewater Study

NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Conservation Council takes over wastewater study. Council member Peg Munves announced the shift from joint committee to CAC oversight, citing the project's water quality implications. The council will obtain cost estimates with and without Tilden Commons development and research water district formation legalities for the Town Board.

Six houses are scheduled for water testing with concern about contamination from nearby gravel mining near the Country Squire.
