NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Comprehensive Plan Committee shifts census data, reviews survey results. The committee agreed to use 2023 or 2024 census data instead of 2020 data for its comprehensive plan update, citing data completeness and margin-of-error concerns. Committee member Elizabeth Brutsch coordinated plans for a February 28 reminder email to boost survey submissions; the survey had received 61 responses as of the February 16 meeting.

The committee will decide by March 2 whether to extend the survey deadline by two weeks. Committee member Jim Carroll presented a progress report on accomplishing 2021 action plan goals, while Chair Ted Salem will compile demographic information and provide file-access instructions to members.
