NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon walkable downtown committee scopes down TAP grant project. The committee decided January 27 not to pursue a second grant application after learning the federal program's $500,000 minimum would require an additional $125,000 town match beyond the original $60,000. Members directed a consulting firm to develop options for upgrading to asphalt within the current budget and will recommend a revised scope to the Town Board in March.
