NY NEW LEBANON — The New Lebanon Community Advisory Committee reviewed conservation easement progress with Canaan coordination. Brenda Adams, Supervisor of the Town of Canaan, attended to address a joint effort on the Bog and the Knob, where three landowners — Gerety/Moore, Rattoballi, and Resnick — hold properties. The committee approved April minutes and faces funding challenges for drinking water source protection testing, with the New York State Department of Health offering free stream sampling.

A wastewater feasibility study is ready for presentation to the Town Board at its May meeting.
