NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Town Board rejects basketball court reconstruction bid, defers to spring 2018 rebidding. Councilmember Smith's motion to accept HMA Contracting's $75,400 bid failed 2-2 on a roll-call vote, with Councilmember Evans and Baumli voting against citing better pricing available in spring and contractor availability. Councilmember Evans then moved to readvertise in late January for February or March delivery, which passed 3-1.

The board unanimously approved $500 to match private donations for an American Flags project along Route 20/22 and authorized Supervisor Teal to execute the Twangbusters appearance agreement for the NL 200 Showboat Dinner Dance pending contract revisions on insurance provisions.
