NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Town Board advances sewer district study, hires bond attorney for $5,500. The board voted 3-2 to hire bond attorney Hodgson Russ to develop a fee-based public sewer system allowing property owners to opt in, fully grant-funded with no taxpayer cost. The board also unanimously approved a revised privilege of the floor policy barring board members from answering public questions during those periods.
