NY NEW LEBANON — Board holds special workshop to review draft employee manual; approves town cleanup. Supervisor Michael Benson and the Town Board met with consultant Gary Graziano of Hudson Valley Resource Group to examine a draft Employee Manual begun in 2012. The board unanimously approved hiring Donnie Sears and Herb Jones for up to 40 hours each to clean the basement, move second-floor shelving, and remove bathroom plumbing.
Major policy questions including overtime calculations, meal periods, and substance abuse testing were deferred to future meetings.
