NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Town Board approves five annual service contracts and accepts resignations. The board awarded year-long contracts for park mower maintenance, gravel supply, equipment rental, vehicle repair, and fuel to multiple providers during the July 14 meeting. Supervisor Tistrya Houghtling and Councilmembers Joanne Amlaw, Chris Patterson, and Steve Powers also approved Budget Amendment #11, allocating $100,000 from reserves for a new Shatford Park playground, and accepted resignations from the Board of Assessment Review and Conservation Advisory Council.

The board opened an application process for a new Wastewater Committee with letters of interest due August 6, 2026, and tabled consideration of a Spectrum VOIP phone service proposal that would reduce monthly costs from approximately $1,282 to $421.74.
