NY NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Town Board approves $917,400 insurance settlement for highway equipment. Supervisor Tistrya Houghtling presented Budget Amendment No. 6 of 2026, directing $856,000 of the fire damage proceeds to a new Highway Fund line for equipment replacement, $50,000 temporarily to general operations, and $11,400 to repay previously borrowed fire bill funds. The board voted 3-0 to approve the amendment, with Councilmembers Chris Patterson and Susan Tipograph absent.
The meeting also approved payment of bills 177 through 181 totaling $43,617.47.
